Iraq trade minister meets contractors' association, union representatives

AMMAN — Iraqi Minister of Trade Atheer Ghurairy on Saturday stressed that his country welcomes the Kingdom's participation and contributions in various commercial, industrial and constructions fields.

During a meeting with Deputy President of the Jordan Contractors Association (JCA) Fuad Duwairi and President of the Arab Contractors Union Ali Sanafi, Ghurairy stressed the importance of overcoming obstacles facing Jordanians’ participation in economic activities offered by the Iraqi market, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.

Duwairi stressed the Kingdom's keenness to support the development efforts in Iraq, referring to Jordanians' aspirations to actively participate in various Iraqi economic sectors.
