Investor card instructions published in Official Gazette

AMMAN — Instructions have been issued in the Official Gazette to grant the investor's card in all categories (A, B, C) and family members of the investor with a category (A, B) card for 2023.

According to instructions issued on Sunday, the Ministry of Investment is the authority responsible for issuing the card in order to simplify and facilitate official procedures to prioritise the card-holder in the completion of transactions, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.

The investor card (A) shall also be granted per decision of the director-general of the specialised department of the Ministry of Investment, if the investor's share in the registered capital of the company or his/her total shares in the companies in which he/she owns is at least JD150,000.
