Int’l digital currency conference to kick off Wednesday

AMMAN — An international conference titled the Future of Digital Currency and Digital Transformation is scheduled to kick off Wednesday, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.

The event will bring together representatives of various sectors, including banks, the Central Bank of Jordan and information technology firms.

The conference will shed light on the future of digital currencies and digital transformation, and the development it is currently witnessing, said Mohammad Zghoul, head of the Preparatory Committee.

Over two days, international and local experts will discuss various regional and global economic issues, he said, stressing that the conference is a venue for investors to discuss cooperation and learn about investment opportunities in Jordan.
