Interior minister receives members of House bloc

AMMAN — Interior Minister Salameh Hammad stressed on Wednesday the importance of continuing the ongoing cooperation between the legislative and executive authorities to implement strategies aimed at serving citizens and the homeland.

During a meeting at the Interior Ministry with members of the Lower House’s Tamkeen bloc, Hammad said the government and the Lower House should maintain coordination on issues of concern to Jordanians.

The bloc members called for working to safeguard the country’s security by fighting crime, stressing the need to address unresolved tribal issues.
