AMMAN — The Northern Military Zone, in coordination with the Anti-Narcotics Department, on Tuesday foiled an infiltration attempt by three people from Syria into Jordan, according to a source at the Jordan Armed Forces-Arab Army.
The source added that the rules of engagement were applied in the incident, leading to the injury of one suspect and their retreat to Syrian territories, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
After searching the area, 200,000 Captagon pills were seized, which were transferred to the concerned authorities, Petra said.
