Huneiti visits JAF supplies and equipment directorate

AMMAN — The Jordan Armed Forces-Arab Army (JAF) is going ahead with upgrading all logistics aspects related to the army units in a way that enables them to implement their duties as required, Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Maj. Gen. Yousef Huneiti said on Wednesday.

During a visit to the JAF’s supplies and equipment directorate, Huneiti listened to a briefing by head of the directorate on its tasks and duties and its role in securing the various needs of JAF units, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.

Huneiti also toured an exhibition of military uniforms that showcased land and marine outfits produced by the directorate. The army chief also conveyed the greetings of His Majesty King Abdullah, the Supreme Commander of JAF, to the directorate’s personnel.
