HORECA exhibition showcases international culinary talents

AMMAN — Tourism Minister Nayef Fayez on Tuesday inaugurated the seventh edition of the HORECA exhibition.

The HORECA Jordan — which is annually held with the support of the Tourism Ministry, the Jordan Tourism Board, the Jordan Restaurant Association, and the Jordan Hotel Association — includes international culinary competitions, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.

Fayez, in the presence of several ambassadors, toured the venue of the exhibition that will be held at the Zara Expo Centre until Thursday and includes products from more than 100 trademarks.

Established in 1993, HORECA is the region’s largest annual meeting place for both the hospitality and food and beverage industries, according to the exhibition’s website.
