AMMAN — The Health Ministry has taken several measures to ensure that hospitals and healthcare centres always have enough medicines, Minister Mahmoud Sheyyab said on Saturday.
The minister made his remarks during an unannounced visit to the Shafa Badran Healthcare Centre to check on the level of services presented to citizens and the centre's needs.
Sheyyab directed Amman Health Director Layl Fayez to continue providing health centres with 20 per cent above their medicine needs to ensure uninterrupted supplies, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
