Hawatmeh commends 22 inmates for passing Tawjihi

AMMAN — Public Security Directorate (PSD) Director Maj. Gen. Hussein Hawatmeh on Thursday directed the Correctional and Rehabilitation Centres Department to honour the inmates who passed the General Secondary Education Certificate Examination (Tawjihi), and allow for family visitation to celebrate their achievement.

Eighty-three inmates sat for the examination this year, and 22 passed, with one intimate scoring an average of 83.58 per cent, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
