AMMAN — Minister of Health Feras Al Hawari on Monday met Norwegian Ambassador to Jordan Espen Evjenth Lindbæck over bolstering cooperation between the two countries. Hawari stressed the need of the exchange of expertise in the field of staff training in the two countries, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
The minister reviewed the Kingdom’s anti-coronavirus efforts to protect the citizens, residents and refugees. Commending mutual relations between the two countries, the diplomat expressed Norway’s keenness on building on existing partnerships with the Kingdom in various fields.
Jordan has showed a “distinguished” management during the pandemic, notably handling the epidemiological situation through implementing health protocols and providing health services in hospitals for COVID-19 patients, the envoy added.
