AMMAN — The Jordan Hashemite Charity Organisation, in coordination with the Jordan Armed Forces-Arab Army, on Sunday sent a humanitarian aid convoy to the Gaza Strip.
The convoy consisted of two trucks loaded with 20 tonnes of gluten-free flour and five infant incubators, which will be delivered to the field military hospital in Gaza for distribution to those who are eligible for it in the Strip, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
Secretary General of the organisation Ayman Mufleh said that Jordanian support of their Palestinian brothers, whether in the Gaza Strip or in the West Bank, has become a “basic pillar” of the Kingdom’s relief work.
