Halaseh calls for speedier progress in road, hospital projects

AMMAN — Public Works Minister Sami Halaseh on Monday checked on road projects in Shuneh and construction at Nadim Hospital in Madaba.

Halaseh said contractors had passed the scheduled time to complete the road projects, and that the ministry had issued notices to speed up the work, according to a ministry statement.

The ministry will proceed with legal action against contractors who fail to implement projects in line with the conditions, standards and quality agreed on in the signed contracts, he added.
