AMMAN — The Ministry of Public Sector Development has completed two guidebooks for the Tourism Ministry and the Drivers and Vehicles Licensing Department in cooperation with the two public agencies.
In a statement sent to The Jordan Times, Public Sector Development Khleef Al Khawaldeah was quoted as saying that the two guidebooks were part of the process taken to simplify measures and improve the quality of services at public agencies.
He said that the tourism ministry’s guidebook features 22 services offered by restaurants, hotels, car rentals, souvenir shops and travel agents.
For the Drivers and Vehicles Licensing Department’s guidebook, Khawaldeh said the pamphlet details measures to help citizens obtain vehicle licences in a short time.
