Grenade explosion in Mafraq kills mother, 4 children — PSD

AMMAN — A mother and her four children died on Monday after an old grenade exploded in a residential area in Mafraq, some 80 kilometres northeast of Amman, according to the Public Security Directorate’s spokesperson.

The spokesperson said that specialised teams scanned the area and opened an investigation into the incident, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
