During the meeting, Labour Minister Samir Murad presented a briefing on the ministry’s employment programmes. The briefing touched on the national framework for empowerment and employment, which is planned to provide 30,000 jobs in the private sector.

The minister noted that the framework has provided more than 3,500 jobs so far this year.
