AMMAN — The government on Monday launched the government service register on the Sanad website, which provides detailed information for citizens and the business sector on government services.
The register, which was launched as part of the government's commitments to its action priority under the 2023 Public Sector Modernisation Roadmap, provides users with information about the service they wish to use, such as the type and conditions of service, access channels, time and branches of service, the time it takes to provide the service, and forms and information on procedures to obtain the service, according to a statement from the Digital Economy and Entrepreneurship Ministry.
Service cards for government services and institutions that have been documented can be found on the SANAD portal (https://sanad.jo/ar/pages/mainservices).
