Gendarmerie Department director receives US ambassador

AMMAN — Gendarmerie Department Director General Brig. Gen. Hussein Hawatmeh on Sunday met with US Ambassador to Jordan Alice G. Wells.

Hawatmeh highlighted the depth of relations between the two countries and their cooperation in most fields, especially security and training. Wells commended the advanced level and good reputation of the Gendarmerie at the regional and international levels.
