'Gaza/3' field hospital distributes food aid to Khan Younis residents

AMMAN — The crew of the Jordanian Field Hospital in Khan Younis, dubbed “Gaza/ 3”,  distributed food aid provided by the Jordan Hashemite Charity Organisation (JHCO) to the people of Khan Younis in the southern Gaza Strip. 

This initiative follows Royal directives and is part of the efforts made by Jordan to support the people in the Gaza Strip.

The commander of the hospital force said, "Continuing the noble Hashemite efforts that carry the highest meanings of love and peace to our people in the sector, the crews of the Jordanian Field Hospital / South Gaza 3 distributed 600 charitable packages containing food items to provide assistance and alleviate their suffering." 

He added that nearly 3,000 Palestinians will benefit from the packages provided by the hospital to a school housing the displaced.

The residents of the strip expressed their gratitude and appreciation to His Majesty King Abdullah for his continuous support and their pride in the Jordanian Armed Forces- Arab Army for their humanitarian, service, and medical roles.
