‘GAM ready for Eid demand on transport’

AMMAN — The Greater Amman Municipality (GAM) announced Wednesday that it is ready to deal with increased demand on public transport in Amman as Eid Al Fitr draws nearer.

Most major transport lines will be covered during the holiday to ensure service supply, especially near shopping and entertainment areas, Abdul Rahim Wreikat, director of GAM’s public transport operations department, said.
