Gag order issued on Madaba juvenile escapee

AMMAN — Madaba Juvenile Prosecutor General Nizar Sarairah on Thursday issued a gag order restricting the publication of any news related to the escape of a minor from the juvenile rehabilitation and education centre in Madaba.

The gag order was issued in an official letter sent to the Jordan Media Commission to inform media outlets of the decision, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
