Freihat receives S. Korean envoy, US navy commander

AMMAN — Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Lt. Gen. Mahmoud Freihat on Monday received Commander of the US Naval Forces Central Command James Maloy and an accompanying delegation.

Freihat discussed the latest developments in the regional and international arenas and the cooperation and coordination between the two countries concerning the armed forces.

Also on Monday, Freihat met with Korean Ambassador to Jordan Lee Jae-wan and an accompanying delegation. The two sides discussed means to boost relations between the armed forces of two countries.
