Freihat receives Professional Associations delegation over security threats

AMMAN — Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Lt. Gen. Mahmoud Freihat, on Sunday received a delegation from the Professional Associations Complex and acquainted them with several challenges facing the Kingdom.

Freihat reviewed threats the army deals with at the borders and inside the country, as well as the burden imposed on Jordan as a result of regional events, refugee influxes and terrorism, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.

The delegates spoke about various issues of concern for the country at the domestic and external levels, expressing their pride in the army and its efforts.
