Freihat meets with Princess Alia 48th Mechanised Brigade personnel

AMMAN — The Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Lt. Gen. Mahmoud Freihat on Monday paid a visit to the Princess Alia 48th Mechanised Brigade.

Freihat was welcomed by Brig. Gen. Khaled Massaid, commander of the northern military region, and a number of senior officers of the Jordan Armed Forces-Arab Army, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.

Freihat was briefed by the Princess Alia 48th Mechanised Brigade Commander Brig. Gen. Mohammed Kasasbeh on the operational tasks and duties carried out by the brigade and its units.

At the end of the visit, Freihat also met with officers and non-commissioned officers and conveyed His Majesty King Adbullah’s greetings.
