Four suspects arrested for 25 thefts

AMMAN – Criminal Investigation Department (CID) personnel have arrested four suspects wanted for 25 thefts, a Public Security Department (PSD) statement said Tuesday.

The suspects, who have criminal records of theft and drug dealing, confessed to committing 22 thefts of houses and shops by breaking locks and doors, in addition to stealing three vehicles. CID personnel retrieved part of the stolen items and returned them to their owners.

In Irbid, CID personnel arrested a man with a criminal record of 19 cases, who, after questioning, confessed to committing thefts of shops and vehicles.
