Former minister Tareq Suheimat dies

AMMAN — Former minister Tareq Suheimat died on Monday.

Prime Minister Abdullah Ensour paid tribute to the late minister.

Born in Karak in 1936, the late Suheimat assumed several government posts and was minister of post and communications between 1993 and 1994, and health minister between 2000 and 2001.
