Fire at Ruseifa warehouse extinguished

AMMAN — Civil Defence Department personnel on Wednesday extinguished a “huge” fire at a home appliances and plastics warehouse of in Ruseifa, according to a security official at the Ruseifa police department.

Firefighters prevented the blaze from reaching other floors in the building, and the damage was limited to material loss with no injuries recorded, the source said.

Police are investigating the cause of the fire.
