Fayez meets with delegation from German Konrad Adenauer Foundation

AMMAN — Jordan is carrying out comprehensive reforms, Senate President Faisal Fayez said on Thursday. During a meeting with a delegation from the German Konrad Adenauer Foundation, attended by German Ambassador to Jordan Bernhard Kampmann, Fayez noted the comprehensive reforms are meant to instill democracy and enhance modernisation, as well as activate the role of women and youth.

Talks during the meeting went over regional conditions, highlighting the need to end all Israeli actions against the Palestinians, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported. The guest delegation expressed appreciation of the Kingdom's efforts toward bringing peace to the region.

They also expressed keenness on enhancing Jordanian-German relations, notably increasing German investments in the Kingdom. The Konrad Adenauer Foundation has supported several projects in Jordan, the delegation members said, expressing readiness to join hands to enhance the Kingdom's priority projects
