Exhibition to highlight German archaeological efforts in Jordan

AMMAN — A poster exhibition titled “With trowel and high-tech — German archaeological projects in Jordan” opens on Sunday at the University of Jordan’s Archaeological Museum.
The exhibition, which continues until December 24, is organised by the German Protestant Institute of Archaeology in Amman with the aim of enhancing collaboration with Jordanian academic institutions, and introducing “the Jordanian community in general and students of archaeology in particular” to the new methodologies and research practised through German research projects, according to a statement from the organisers.
