Environment minister meets with Australian envoy

AMMAN — Minister of Environment Muawieh Radaideh on Thursday met with Australian Ambassador Bernard Lynch over both countries’ efforts to limit the impact of climate change.
The two sides also discussed top preparations for the 2022 United Nations Climate Change Conference (COP27), which is scheduled to be held in Egypt's Sharm El Sheikh, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
During the meeting, Radaideh reviewed the ministry’s top achievements in carrying out its international commitments to combat climate change.
