Eighth HORECA exhibition kicks off

AMMAN — Tourism Minister Nayef Fayez on Tuesday inaugurated the eighth edition of the HORECA exhibition, which features the hospitality and food service industry, at the Jordan International Exhibition Centre at Gate 3 in Mecca Mall. The three-day exhibition features 120 local and international brands in the hospitality and food service industries, according to a statement from organisers.

The event also includes international culinary competitions. This year, more than 150 chefs are competing in 24 cooking and dessert categories. This year’s event also features the barista competition and the bed making competition. The Salon Culinary Competition is organised with the support of Royal Culinary Art and the Jordanian Chefs Association.
