Egypt Chamberlain conveys Sisi’s Independence Day greetings to Jordan

AMMAN — Jordan's Ambassador to Egypt Amjad Adaileh on Sunday received the Chamberlain of the Presidency of Egypt, Abdel Sherif, who conveyed the congratulations of Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El Sisi on the occasion of the 77th anniversary of the Kingdom's Independence.

During a meeting at the Jordanian embassy in Cairo, Sherif extended Sisi's greetings to His Majesty King Abdullah and the Jordanian people, expressing best wishes for Jordan's progress, prosperity and stability. He commended the Kingdom's achievements under the leadership of His Majesty King Abdullah, acknowledging its development and modernisation efforts.

Adaileh appreciated President Sisi's gesture and reaffirmed Jordan's commitment to strengthen the existing cooperation and coordination with Egypt, which serves as a model of deep relations in the region, according to the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
