AMMAN — The Durra Border Crossing between Aqaba and Saudi Arabia was reopened on Wednesday for passenger and cargo traffic.
Transport Ministry's Spokesperson Ali Odaibat said the reopening came after the completion of maintenance works conducted by the Saudi side, highlighting the border's readiness to receive passengers, importers and exporters as of Wednesday.
He also highlighted the ministry's efforts to coordinate with the border crossing staff to ease travel for passengers and trucks, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
