Drug dealers sentenced to imprisonment, hard labour

AMMAN — The State Security Court (SSC) on Monday sentenced three drug dealers of Arab nationality to hard labour and prison sentences ranging between seven to 15 years, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported on Tuesday.
The three convicts, one of whom was arrested and two others sentenced in absentia, were charged with hiding narcotic pills in tents for the purpose of drug dealing.
The SSC also sentenced the first person with a fine of JD10,000 and the two others with JD20,000.
