Drug dealer sentenced to 15 years in prison

AMMAN — The State Security Court (SSC) on Sunday sentenced a drug dealer to 15 years in prison with temporary hard labour and a fine of JD10,000 after being found guilty of in possessing 76,550 kilogrammes of hashish and 315,000 Captagon pills.

The SSC issued its decision during a public session held on Sunday.

The concerned authorities arrested the suspect after discovering narcotics hidden in his residence, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
