AMMAN — Domestic revenues during the January-September period of 2024 reached JD6.69 billion, marking an increase of JD105.9 million compared to the same period in 2023, the Ministry of Finance said on Wednesday. According to the latest monthly bulletin issued by the ministry, these revenues covered 90 per cent of current public expenditure, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported. In August alone, domestic revenues totalled JD5.972 billion, covering 89.8 per cent of current expenditure.
