AMMAN — A cold air mass is forecast to impact the Kingdom on Sunday, leading to a significant drop in temperatures and a chance of rainfall across the Kingdom, according to the Jordan Meteorological Department (JMD).

On Monday, the JMD forecast that the weather will remain cold, with a chance of light rainfall during the day in the northern and central regions of the Kingdom, while at night the weather would stabilise.

The weather department warned of slippery roads, low-visibility during rainfall due to dust formation in badia areas and fog formation in mountainous areas.

The weather remains relatively cold on Tuesday with moderate temperatures in the Dead Sea area and Aqaba.

On Sunday, the temperatures in Amman will see a high of 18°C during the day and a low of 10°C at night, while on Monday temperatures are expected to range between 18°C and 09°C. On Tuesday, temperatures are forecast to range between 19°C and 10°C, according to the JMD.
