Deputising for King, Issawi attends funeral of fallen Air Force pilot

AMMAN — Deputising for His Majesty King Abdullah, Royal Court Chief Yousef Issawi on Tuesday took part in the funeral of fallen Pilot Maj. Ali Harasis. Wrapped in the Jordanian flag, the late Harasis was laid to rest in the Sahab Islamic Cemetery after the funeral prayer at Jafar Al Tayyar Mosque in Amman's Jabal Al Taj neighbourhood, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported. Several high ranking officers from the Jordan Armed Forces-Arab Army (JAF) and security apparatuses, military retirees, civil officials and citizens attended the funeral.
