Deputising for King, army chief attends RJCSC graduation ceremony

AMMAN — Deputising for His Majesty King Abdullah, the Supreme Commander of the Jordan Armed Forces-Arab Army (JAF), Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Maj. Gen. Yousef Huneiti on Thursday at the Royal Jordanian Command and Staff College (RJCSC) attended the graduation ceremony of a command and staff course.

RJCSC Commander Brig. Gen. Dhaher Miqdad said that the college, since its inception, has trained officers under accurate programmes to make them distinguished leaders through military and scientific preparation, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.

Huneiti distributed certificates and prizes to graduates of the course, which grants a bachelor's degree in military science. Officers from various ranks of JAF and security services, as well as officers from Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar, Egypt, Sudan, Pakistan and France attended the course.

The graduation ceremony was attended by the deputy president of Mutah University, several military attachés in Jordan, and high-ranking officers from JAF and security agencies.
