Delegation from Veterans’ association visits NCSCM

AMMAN — A delegation from the Economic and Social Association of Retired Servicemen and Veterans (ESARSV) on Sunday visited the National Centre for Security and Crisis Management (NCSCM). During a meeting which brought together Deputy Chairman of the NCSCM Brig. Gen. Hatem Zoubi and ESARSV Director General, retired Major General Ismail Shobaki, talks went over the centre's objectives, duties and operations to unite the crisis and disaster response efforts of national institutions, according to the Jordan News Agency, Petra.
Zoubi highlighted the importance of involving retired servicemen in the centre’s departments and units to avail of their knowledge and experience. Shobaki expressed his appreciation for the centre's ongoing support for the ESARSV, and for employing ex-servicemen. On the sidelines of the gathering, the ESARSV and NCSCM renewed a cooperation and employment agreement. The delegation toured the centre and commended its role in addressing crises.
