AMMAN — The Dead Sea Ultra Marathon is scheduled to kick off on May 12 in the presence of Chairman of Run Jordan, HH Prince Firas Bin Raad. In a statement on Monday, Run Jordan said that the 27-year-old race will be held under the theme "Run in the lowest spot in the world".
The event is organised by Run Jordan in cooperation with the Greater Amman Municipality, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported. Prince Firas praised Run Jordan’s journey and its outreach efforts to encourage various groups of society to adopt a healthy and active lifestyle.
Registration for the marathon is open on the Run Jordan website runjordan.com and through Run Jordan’s offices until the day before the event.
