Darsak educational platform tallied 1.7m lesson views last week

AMMAN — The number of log-ons to the Darsak platform last week totalled 13,528,059, while the number of educational sessions viewed reached 1,738,525, the Education Ministry said on Sunday. Views for Tawjihi classes amounted to 986,883 of the total, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
Education Minister Tayseer Nuaimi said that these figures “reflect students’ high level of interaction” with the platform and its educational content for all grades.
He also stressed the ministry’s keenness, since halting schools as a precautionary measure to deal with the coronavirus, to sustain the educational process and guarantee the sustainability of education through providing proper electronic educational content.
