Customs director urges speed in processing at King Hussein Bridge

AMMAN — Jordan Customs Department (JCD) Director General Maj. Gen. Wadah Hmoud on Tuesday called for speeding up procedures at the King Hussein Bridge and increasing the number of bus lanes as well as taking the necessary measures to save travellers time and effort.

During a visit to the King Hussein Bridge customs centre to check on work progress, Hmoud called for more coordination between the JCD and other apparatuses at the bridge, so as to overcome obstacles and develop the level of services, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
