AMMAN — HRH Crown Prince Hussein chaired a regular meeting of the National Council for Future Technology on Sunday.
During the meeting, held at Al Husseiniya Palace, His Royal Highness reviewed the progress of a number of the council’s projects, particularly in the areas of digital government services and the use of artificial intelligence in education, a Royal Court statement said.
The Crown Prince was briefed by Prime Minister Jafar Hassan, who is chairman of the council, on its future plans that include developing digital infrastructure. The results of work conducted by the council’s specialised sub-committees were also reviewed.
His Royal Highness reiterated the need to accelerate the implementation of council projects to ensure they are completed within the stated timeframes, in order for citizens to benefit from the services offered by these projects as soon as possible, particularly in the health and education sectors, according to the statement.
