AMMAN — The Higher Administrative Court on Sunday overturned a decision by Yarmouk University’s council of deans to irrevocably expel three students after a campus brawl in last July.
The court’s panel said the expulsions, which took place on July 20, 2014, had been decided without questioning the three students and allowing them to offer their side of the story.
