Conference on collaboration between academia, industries concludes

AMMAN — HRH Princess Sumaya, the president of the board of trustees of the Princess Sumaya University for Technology (PSUT), on Wednesday attended the closing ceremony of “Towards an alliance between the academic and industrial sectors in Jordan” conference.

The event was organised within the Tempus-affiliated TEJ project, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported. Princess Sumaya delivered a speech at the ceremony, referring to the positive impact of the project on higher education in the Kingdom. Walid Salameh, the project coordinator at PSUT, said the initiative entails developing cooperation between universities and enterprises.
