Commerce chamber calls for donations for Gazans

AMMAN — The Amman Chamber of Commerce (ACC) on Saturday stressed the importance of collecting donations in support of the Palestinians in Gaza, according to a statement.

ACC President Issa Murad urged the private sector’s different entities to present in-kind and financial assistance to the Gazans, who are “facing massacres” during the holy month of Ramadan.

In the statement, the chamber denounced the Israeli offensive waged on Gaza, stressing its solidarity with the Palestinians in facing the occupation.
