AMMAN — A rise in temperatures is expected today, with cold conditions to prevail in most parts of the Kingdom, except for the Jordan Valley and Aqaba, where the weather is expected to be fair, the Jordan Meteorological Department (JMD) forecast on Saturday.
South-westerly moderate to brisk winds are anticipated, as cold weather is expected to continue on Monday in most regions, also with fair conditions to prevail in the Jordan Valley and Aqaba, the JMD said, as reported by the Jordan News Agency, Petra.
Light and scattered rain is forecast in the northern region of the Kingdom with westerly moderate to brisk winds. Temperatures today will range between a high of 14°C and a low of 6°C at night in the capital, according to the JMD.
