Civil Defence Department wins prizes at pan-Arab contest

AMMAN — Interior Minister Salameh Hammad on Sunday commended the performance of the Civil Defence Department (CDD).

He congratulated them for winning awards in a contest held by the General Secretariat of the Arab Interior Ministers’ Council to raise awareness on civil defence.

Mohammad Bin Ali Koman, the council’s secretary general, expressed his pride in CDD personnel and their professional performance.
