AMMAN — Prime Minister Omar Razzaz on Thursday launched the citizen satisfaction index for the services of the Department of Land and Survey (DLS). The DLS was selected as the first government department to launch the citizen satisfaction programme through an application on mobile phones.
It will allow citizens to scan a sticker at the service department and express their opinions about the service. The prime minister stressed the government’s commitment to improve the level of services provided to citizens at all ministries and government departments, pointing out that this service will be circulated to all ministries and government departments.
He said that the implementation of this service at DLS will enable it to study and evaluate feedback from citizens, work to improve the service and handle any obstacles encountered when visiting the government departments.
He also stressed that improving the quality of services provided to citizens is a top priority for the government, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
