Child killed by stray bullet in Madaba, suspect arrested

AMMAN — The Public Security Directorate spokesperson on Tuesday said that the directorate’s investigations team, responsible for investigating the death of a one-year-old toddler by a stray bullet a few days ago in Madaba, has arrested the suspected shooter and seizures the firearm allegedly used in the incident. The spokesman said that the child was taken to hospital on Thursday after the child was found on the ground after being struck by a stray bullet on the family’s property, according to a PSD statement.
